Questions

  • Orders are delivered to your door monthly. You will receive a delivery schedule based on your area. First Friday of each month, for example. Three days prior to delivery, we will send you reminder. Please leave a cooler out to receive your items. All items are sold frozen.

  • Yes. This is an important step. It's quick and easy.

  • Any time up to the day of delivery, you can purchase items through the member’s only store and those will arrive with your order. These included beef & lamb from our partner farm.

  • Each bundle offers unique discounts based on size. The bigger the bundle, the lower the cost per pound. Check out our offerings in detail at the Membership Sales page

  • Absolutely not. We do ask you to leave a cooler out where we can place you frozen items for you to retrieve at your convenience.

  • Yes, change your bundle or cancel at any time.

  • You are always free to "Add On" any item each month. Though we cannot take things off the bundle, let us know if you have a request for a specific bundle. We are happy to consider it.

  • Purchases made through the traditional online store now come with a $10 delivery fee. But delivery is FREE for Farm Members.
